Apple Aperture 3 Released
Written under: TechnologyApple has announced the release of Aperture 3 on Tuesday. This will become the latest version of their pro-level photo-editing and management software.
The current application costs $199 while the update is priced at $99 for existing Aperture users. Aperture 3 boasts of “over 200 new features” which includes advanced versions of the Faces and Places features inside iPhoto ‘09.

Moreover, Aperture 3 has a new image-refinement tool called Brushes. This allows users to paint adjustments directly on to images. Another is a new Projects feature which adds flexibility.
The Apple Aperture 3 will run in 64-bit mode on Snow Leopard and 64-bit processors. It can be remembered that the last major update, Aperture version 2, was released two years ago on February 2008.
