Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival is now on its fifth year. This 2009, they are celebrating Cinemalaya Cinco and hopes to further discover, encourage and honor the cinematic works of Filipino filmmakers that boldly articulate and freely interpret the Filipino experience with fresh insight and artistic integrity.
