Written under: Human Interest, Philippines, Politics
MANILA, Philippines. Thousands flock to see the remains of former Philippine President Cory Aquino for the public viewing of her remains at the La Salle Greenhills gymnasium.
The Artuji news team was there to experience the public viewing from the perspective of an ordinary Filipino citizen. And this is our photo story.

Upon arriving at the LSGH vicinity around 1 AM, August 2. One can immediately notice the yellow ribbons wrapped around the trees along the road.

The line is long, but the atmosphere is somber and quiet. People are sharing to each other their EDSA Revolution stories.

Media and security crews are everywhere.

Yellow ribbons can also be seen everywhere.
