Embedded Art Website of Joe Stack Now Offline

Written under: Human Interest, Internet

Embedded Art ( – is a 2006 registered website which was owned by a Texas-based firmware/software development service company. And apparently, it has a note which details the unfortunate events of the plane crash in Austin.

Administrative records show that the website is registered to Joe Stack of San Marcos, Texas. Who is also the pilot of the plane that purposely crashed into the IRS building in Austin.

The contents of the website was apparently replaced by a suicide note early Thursday, before the crash happened. But now, the website is now offline and a message reads:

This website has been taken offline due to the sensitive nature of the events that transpired in Texas this morning and in compliance with a request from the FBI. If you want to see the original letter, please see the archived version at

The original letter and full text of the note can be seen here (ad supported link).
