Horror movie fans are gearing up to watch The Final Destination this coming August 28 for its wide release.

The Final Destination is the fourth installment in the franchise and also known as Final Destination 4 or Final Destination 2009. This movie is written by Eric Bress and is directed by David R. Ellis, the guys behind Final Destination 2.

What fans are really excited about this movie is that it will be the first time that this film can be watched in full 3D.

Rotten Tomatoes reviews are giving this film mixed reactions but other review sites and individual blog posts are saying positive reviews.

Perhaps what most people are really excited about is not the story, which is just the same old formula redone but the different cinematic experience that this movie will bring in 3D.
