Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade babies. The actress claims that the television ad of the Wall Street firm which aired during the Super Bowl and the Olympics was derogatory to her.

Talking babies in the ad mentioned “milkaholic Lindsay” which allegedly refers to Lindsay Lohan’s history of substance abuse.

No direct referral to Lindsay Lohan was mentioned in the ad but her lawyer claims that “Lindsay” is a recognizable moniker for her client, much like Oprah and Madonna.

Lohan’s legal team is hoping for an injunction to stop future airing of the commercial. E-Trade has not yet released their official statement on this matter.
