A recent study has just been released that says the amount of sleep you get and how you manage stress affect a person’s weight loss and gain.
The researchers of the study claim that big tasks, fatigue, distractions and stress could make it harder for someone to lose weight.
Overall, the experts state that those who sleep between six and eight hours and experience low stress levels tend to lose weight easier and faster.
However, the study, which was published in the International Journal of Obesity and held in Kaiser Permanente, emphasizes that one should manage sleep and stress for weight loss because of its health benefits rather than its aesthetic advantages.
