A very astonishing video just came out that’s taken from the set of a Pepsi commercial recording of Michael Jackson in 1984. During this shoot, Michael is performing in front of 3000 fans while on stage at the Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles.

The Pepsi commercial included some pyrotechnics on stage. Unfortunately, one of them went off too early, which caused Michael’s hair to catch fire.

Michael suffered second and third-degree burns on his face and scalp during this accident. Many speculated that this incident could have been the beginning of Michael Jackson’s addiction to painkillers.
