American kids these days are snacking more on chips, candy and other junk foods, a study says. This rise has caused the childhood obesity rates in the US to soar to 12 million – roughly 17 percent of the kid population.
According to Carmen Piernas and Barry Popkin of the University of North Carolina, unhealthy snacking from 1977 to 2006 has grown by 168 calories a day per child.

The theory behind the F-factor diet is that whatever you eat, if you eat enough fiber, you will feel full quickly and you will not over-eat your meal and get your weight under control.

President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized today after experiencing prolonged chest pains – indications of a possible heart attack. Bill Clinton has been immediately admitted to a hospital in New York.
A representative for the 63-year-old former US President says in a statement: “Today President Bill Clinton was admitted to the Columbia Campus of NY Presbyterian hospital after feeling discomfort in his chest.”
