How could the PRC say that they are dismayed for a low percentage of those who passed the exam for PRC Nurse Licensure Examination?

And even said this is the effect of many students who are taking nursing as a course and hospitals who cannot accommodate students for their on-the-job training???

Why would they question out, if a student would decide that they wanted to take nursing as their course? and will say, there are a lot of nursing students now…???

While in fact they have changed the system in the questionnaires, wherein they made it more hard. Is it not a conflict on the way the review centres made and used “old system” not the new and the way the PRC made the questionnaires last November 2009 Exam???
