Parties are being planned for Sunday worldwide as environmental group, 350.org spearheads the worldwide celebration and awareness campaign against global warming.

Currently, there are already more than 7,000 events in 188 countries that are joining in the so-called 10/10/10 Global Work Party.

The group primarily aims to reduce the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to 350 parts per million, thus the name of the website and their organization.
