The Informant Gets Mixed Reviews From Fans and Critics

Blogs and casual movie fans are saying that it’s a funny and unique movie. The quirks of the lead character, Mark Whitacre, was enough to make the movie well worth watching.
However, other movie critics found The Informant boring and the humor style old and stale. The scenes are said to be dull and dragging – and the audience who loved Ocean’s 11 might get disappointed with this one.
Meanwhile, over at Rotten Tomatoes, it currently has a rating of 75 – with top critics praising the acting of Matt Damon. Those who did not like the movie are pinning Soderbergh for not living up to their comedic expectations.

The movie The Informant is long, drawn out, boring to a point that p[eople around us fell asleep. I would have walked out but did not want to wake up my partner.
The name Matt Damon was the reason for us seeing the movie, a brillinat acting feat, however, who wants to see Matt 30 pounds overweight, with toupee and flimsy moustache.
Upon leaving there was silence amongst the movie-goes, like: what the hell was that??
