His name is Ardi Rizal and according to his father, Mohammad, he started smoking at the age of 18 months. You can watch the 2-year old smoking cigarette video online below.

Images and videos of teen substance abuse are disturbing enough, but they becomes doubly troubling when they feature a child, or a toddler to be exact.

According to Ardi’s mom, Diana, “He’s totally addicted. If he doesn’t get cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick.”

Because of this negative news, the Indonesian government is stepping up and has offered to give the family a car if they can get Ardi to stop smoking.

But it looks like this will not be an easy decision, because the father Mohammad doesn’t see a problem at all with Ardi smoking. He even said, “He looks pretty healthy to me. I don’t see the problem.”
